1. Features of heavy duty KII Manual Chain Hoist:
1.The hoi EPT is designed accordance with European standard EN13157 for hand-operated lifting equipment safety.
2.Every chain block in our factory has the safety coefficient at lea EPT 4:1.It’s tested to withstand 1500 cycles with 110% of the rated capacity.
3.Thick steel gear side cover and hand wheel cover protect again EPT external shocks and rainwater or dust. It ensures durability and smooth operation.
4.Double pawl and double guide roller enhance safety and reliability.
5.Three sealed ball bearings increases mechnical efficiency.
6.Heat-treated forging hooks will deform slowly rather than break when overload. Location points on hooks remind to change hooks to avoid danger.
7.20CrMnTi gears in high efficiency and durability.
8.Heat treated G80 load chain meet EN818-7 tensile testing standard.

2.Description of Manual Chain Block
Chain block also named chain fall, has the advantages of portability, easy maintenance, highly mechanical efficiency and durability. It’s widely used in factories, construction sites, mining, warehouses, etc, combing with beams or trolleys under no-power and open conditions.
3. Classifications of Chain Block
Capacity : 250kg – 1000 kgs
Forms: Round type(single ratchet, single pawl) , triangle type(single ratchet, double pawls) and overall casing type( double ratchets , double pawls, special curling cover designs and qualified parts)
Use: EPT hoist, explosion-proof hoi EPT and stage hoist.
4. Chain hoi EPT manufacturing process and details
Our factory have 1 quality department with 3 workmates to make 30% samples inspection to confirm every pitch spareparts meet quality standard. There is 1 load chain tension te EPT line, 1 warehouse for some gears manufacturing, 2 assembly lines and well cooperated company for EPT spareparts.
Every chain hoi EPT will be tested according to Euro standard EN13157+A1-2009 by 1.25 times dynamic load te EPT and 4 times static load test.

Normal Standard: One manual instruction , one inspection certification
1-5Ton in Strong 7 layers Carton Box, 10-20Ton in Plywood case, then on plywood pallets for shipment
Customer EPT Options : EPT manual instruction, EPT certification, one pcs hoi EPT in one plywood case
