1.Wor ept principle:This oil press machine uses the poer of the space change for the material in the chamber and the driving force from the scre shaft as ept as the resistance from the tooth curve in the pressing ring.The friction force from material pressing produces big pressing power,then oil-segregates from the material and discharges from the pressing bar gap and pressing ring groove.

2.Structure: This oil press machine consists of five main parts,including gearbox,press case,hopper,pressing screw and main body.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The DYP series center pivot irrigation system is made up of center trestle table ,trestle -tower vehicle ,sprinkler truss,endmost ,cantilever ,and synchronous system controlled by electric etc.
The center pivot irrigation system is especially applied in the irrigation of planing potatoes,suXiHu (West Lake) Dis.Hu (West Lake) Dis.canes,watermelons,legumes,economic crops and pasture.The automated irrigation system characterize high in efficiency ,Featuring in high efficiency ,power and water saving ,the irrigator can increase yield at economical cost with the spraying uniformity coefficient up to 85%,and take advantages of the uniform application of chemical and fertilizers .The center pivot irrigation system can also work on uneven fields with sXiHu (West Lake) Dis.Hu (West Lake) Dis.es of up 25%. All parts rust free in 15 years via zinc coating treatment. All running parts shall be operated under the main control system and the fault position shall be displayed when malfunction and /or interrution happens.
 
River and bore ept can be the water resource of the fixed point, the water transports through main pipes and sprinklers, finally applied to the field. The advantage of this irrigation system is to use less labor and water to irrigate 13-130ha from one water feeding point. Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. 

 New Densen offers multiple investment casting, sand casting, permanent casting, die casting, low pressure casting, ESR casting, lost foam casting, etc. Material can be handled include steel, iron, non-ferrous. Single component weigeptrange is from 0.01Kg to 150 tons separately. 
 

 Forging Service:

Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. New Densen offers open die forging, closed die forging and ring forging services. Material can be steel, iron and non-ferrous. Material can be handled include steel, iron, non-ferrous. Single component weigeptrange is from 0.1Kg to 50,000Kgs.
 

Stamping Service:

Stamping (also known as punching) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape.

Welding Frabrication is the fabrication process of metal structures by cutting, bending, then assembling the components together through welding

 Machining Service: 

Machining is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process. 

New Densen-XBL has more than 60 sets precision machines incl. CNC center, boring, milling, lathing, etc., and more than 300 inspection insteptents incl. 3 sets CMM with grade μm. Repeated tolerance can be maintained as 0.02mm. Meanwhile awarded by certificates ISO9001-2008; ISO/TS16949. New Densen-XBL specialized in high precise machining for small-middle-big metal components. 

3rd Party Inspection:

New Densen worked as 3rd party inspection center besides its sister factories or sub-contractors’ self inspection, Offers process inspection, random inspecti pto driven gearboxes Dortmund Germany on and before delivedry inspection services for material, mechanical, inside defects, dimentional, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment,  visual inspection and test. Weekly project follow-up report together with pictures and videos, full quality inspection documentation available.
